I had the best experience today as a new patient with Dr Francisco and the entire staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Very thorough and explained everything they did / were going to do. I felt very comfortable asking questions about my teeth and my cleaning and after having many weird or bad dentist experiences in the past at other offices/practices , this was a breath of fresh air for me. Everyone is very professional and wanted to make sure i felt comfortable. 10/10 recommend their office to everybody.

Dr. Shack is a highly skilled and professional dentist. She has always been so kind and understanding and eases my fear of needles and drills. She goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable.

Best dental care I've ever had. They're extremely thorough with their cleanings, expansive checkups (including for oral cancer), and health info they collect, and they act with curiosity (not just "checking the list") which I really appreciate. Everyone who works there (clinicians and non clinicians) always seem truly welcoming and like they want you, as a patient, to feel like you're actually the human at the center of their care, and not just the object of their job.

This place is a joke. I’ve never in my life been told by a dental hygienist that I “cannot dictate care.” Let me spell it out: patients absolutely have the right to refuse any procedure, test, or screening. That’s called autonomy. It’s the foundation of medicine. But apparently this know-it-all hygienist thinks she outranks the law, common sense, and even my own body. I wasn’t refusing treatment—I simply declined a blood pressure reading due to white coat syndrome, a very real and well-documented condition. Instead of professionalism, I got arrogance, bullying, and a power trip from someone who isn’t even a dentist. The audacity of a hygienist trying to lecture me that I “can’t dictate care” is laughable. News flash: I dictate everything that happens to me, and the only thing this office

Such a cute, clean, sweet little office! I’ve been to a few dentists and truly never felt as much care, precision and smarts like I did at Smile Shack! I’ve had some issues with my gums for as long as I can remember and my hygienist, GinaMarie, was so knowledgeable and was able to give me direction and put confidence in me that the problem can be fixed. She showed such care and compassion throughout the entire appt! I’ve 100% found my dental home!
