This is one office that I highly recommend. From the first phone call, to stepping in the door, to the treatment room, and to handling the financial piece was flawless! Very few places that I have gone to that have something set up that makes it easy for the patient. I am excited to work with them to get my smile back to what it was when I was a kid. This is the practice my parents used for my braces in the 2000s so I brought my child here too. They did not disappoint! Dr. Mark and his staff were courteous and engaging with me and my child so we felt comfortable with the process. Each exam and decision was explained thoroughly so we felt informed throughout. I would happily recommend them to other parents.

We had such a great experience at Straight Set Orthodontics in Port Jefferson. My daughter is usually very nervous and anxious, especially with dental visits, but the staff made her feel completely comfortable. She doesn’t even let her regular dentist take X-rays, yet she allowed them to place spacers with no issues, which honestly says everything. She left happy and relaxed, and that alone meant so much to me as a parent. We’re really excited to start her treatment here and would definitely recommend them, especially for kids who are anxious.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Sabo for over 2 yrs; he and is staff are amazing! Mayreli and Sandra are the practice leads whose interactions keep you coming back!! The facility is well equipped and very welcoming! It feels like a true family oriented environment; especially having all family members treated at the practice. I absolutely love their thoughtful welcome bag!! I would recommend them a thousand times over!

By far the best office experience my son and I have ever had. Yesterday was my son’s first visit, and he was a bit nervous. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the most festive décor and the warmest smiles. As more patients arrived, they were welcomed by name, and it was clear everyone genuinely enjoyed being there. The positive atmosphere immediately put my son at ease. The doctor and staff were absolutely wonderful, and thanks to them, my son is now excited to begin his braces journey!
