This place sucks so bad and i didn't even visit yet. No one ever answered the phone. I've been trying for 4 days at multiple times.

I was very disappointed with the after care (none!) that I received after having a kidney stone procedure. I developed a UTI within 2 days, and, after calling the office at least 5 times, got no return call from Dr. Atalla. I went to urgent care, where I got a prescription for an anti-biotic and was fine in no time. The clincher for me was that the urgent care people called me afterward to check on my progress. I never heard from the doctor at all.

After years of suffering with BPH, Dr. Kim recommended a well-established, but delicate same-day surgical procedure. I was home from the hospital by 4 pm -- with discomfort. But the procedure changed my quality of life for the better. I'd do it all over again. Dr. Kim is terrific and his staff all are always caring and attentive.

This is not at all a reflection of the doctors at this office but rather a staff member that is employed there. I work for an agency and brought a patient in for their appointment and because she did not have her insurance card the woman in the back very rudely and loud proceeded to tell the young lady at the front that “everyone brings a freaking insurance card to their appointments”. Not only was she completely unprofessional with her statement and tone but she also had the audacity to say it loud enough for everyone to hear. I’ve never experienced such classless behavior at a doctors office which made me feel compelled to share this experience. I will definitely not be recommending anyone I know to this office. A patient should be treated with respect and the employees are a reflection

Dr Atalla is excellent but the front office and its management deserves zero stars. They never sent the script to my radiologist for a CT scan And when I call to follow up I was directed to voicemail Where they never returned my call. This is the second time I was directed to voicemail and did not get a return call. The last time I didn’t get a return call I sent a message via the email app but this time I tried but was blocked from using the app
