I treated at First Step's Brightwaters location for a few months after suffering with severe tendonitis, bursitis and frozen shoulder. While they treat a large number of prosthesis patients, I was never made to feel that I was less important. My chief therapist, John, thoroughly explained my diagnosis and treatment plan, which he modified according to my abilities/progress. He and his staff are caring, knowledgeable people, with great senses of humor - even after a day of work, I actually looked forward to going there! There were no hassles with insurance, scheduling, facility parking...and yes, my shoulder is better! I left there with an after-care plan and *highly* recommend them.
