Halper Family Medicine in Bayport handles all my Medical needs from Prescriptions to referral’s to Specialists in a kind and Professional manner. The office staff is Amazing, Frankie and Dawn are always friendly, courteous and make sure I have everything I need, from scheduling to Insurance paperwork squared away. They also always take time to ask about me and my Family which is awesome in a staff. Jennifer Robinson has taken Great care of me over the past few years. She leaves no stone unturned , constantly making sure and confirming that I am staying on top of my Health. She has sent me to all necessary specialist’s and as Retired 1st responder I am grateful for her care and treatment. Overall great experience at Halper Family Medicine in the Bayshore location! The office is very clean which is a huge plus for a doctors office where you can be a tad stressed to begin with. The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. William Bollhofer is attentive, knowledgeable, and takes the time to any concerns or questions with no hesitation or judgement. 10/10 would recommend going to this location and have Dr. Bollhofer as your physician!

I love coming to the Bay Shore location. This doctor’s office is outstanding! The entire place is spotless — one of the cleanest medical offices I’ve ever seen. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and truly cares about their patients. Appointments run smoothly with minimal wait time, and you always feel listened to and taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch care in a clean and welcoming environment!

My new PCP office; I am extremely happy with the switch. The Doctor and his staff are wonderful, kind. The waiting area and room are clean. Hardly any waiting, so far 10/10, I definitely recommend this office.
