My mother came here for an appt and I urged all SPANISH speakers to NOT GO here. They only had one Spanish speaker and the lady was so rude and mean to my mother. My mother showed up early for her appt and the lady who's name I believe to be Rose instead made sure my mother was one of the last people to be seen. I don't understsnd how such a cruel person could be allowed to work w people who are seeking medical help. Shame on you people for hiring this lady and allowing to talk and treat people the way she does. She refused to help my mother in any way possible and was just overall nasty and terrible as a person.

My mother-in-law waits 45 minutes to an hour each appointment. She has Stage 3 Breast cancer and cannot wait that long, she needs to rest. She has had various complications bc of the initial surgery THEY made inserting the port. The front desk is rude and inconsiderate. I can only imagine how other patients must suffer.

I was rushed in and out of there so fast, I thought my head would spin. As soon as the Dr. found out my condition was not in need of surgery he couldn't get me out of the door fast enough. Had concerns other than the initial diagnosis, like why constant stomach cramping etc. Left feeling like Dr. didn't care if I lived or died was only interested in the $.

The doctor ( Frankenstein)was very professional. He told me that the problem wasn't hemorrhoids but a skin problem. He could have made the problem worse, but gave me a solution.

Front desk not professional at all, Office not clean . Dr was not that informative
