I have been going to Doctor Singhal for many years and have found him very professional and knowledgeable. He has a great staff, and they are very responsive, working you into the schedule when you have an urgent need. Highly recommended.

Do Not bother being loyal to your Doctor after being a patience of this office for over 20 yrs, I can not even get my prescriptions in a timely manner, then he makes us come back every 3 months to pay $90 for am office visit just to pick up my medications that I have been taking over 2 yrs! The front office girls are a joke. The guy Son is the best person they have he is very polite, helpful and respectful. The PA’s are also very very nice and knowledgeable. It seems that Dr.Sunit Singhal is back in the office and Mico- managing the Staff. I ask to speak with him and they stated to make an appointment! Really soooo greeted these days. I’ve been a patient at Suburban Medical for years with no major issues, but this most recent experience has been absolutely unacceptable. I was prescribed an anxiety medication and they are now refusing to send in a refill unless I come in for a physical. I’ve explained I just need 30 more days to get my insurance sorted and will absolutely come in, but instead I’ve been left 10 days without my medication. It feels like I’m being held hostage for an appointment before they’ll help me, despite knowing the risks of going without. Im a long-term client so I'm not understanding why there is no additional flexibility. This lack of compassion shows how broken and inflexible the system is — and it’s failing people who truly need care.

My husband went in a couple of weeks not feeling “right”. They dismissed his symptoms as psychological and suggested he see a psychiatrist. The medical intern took 5-6 tries to do the ekg and get his blood pressure. They blamed his results of these tests on the machines. My husband was troubled after this visit and wrote a handwritten letter to Dr Singhal and delivered it by hand to the office, expressing his displeasure. No one ever even called to discuss. One week later, he had an emergency pacemaker installed. The readings they were getting in office were because his heart was pausing for many seconds at the time. He was just days away from having a fatal heart attack. Needless to say, we won’t be going back. This isn’t the practice it used to be. It’s a “farm”. Beware.
