Norcross Dental Associates

Our family has been very happy with the dental care from Dr. Foltz and Dr. Twisha. The Dentists and hygienists are all great and very personable. We switched from dentists in Dunwoody and couldn’t be happier.

I've used Norcross Dental for six years. They've always impressed me with their care in dental procedures and their attentiveness in handling my insurance and billing. I've had several crowns and countless cleanings handled at this office. Dr Foltz routinely calls or texts me to follow up on procedures he handled. He actually cares about his patients and the staff is efficient and friendly...a great office.

​I am writing this review with a mixed perspective on my recent visit to Norcross Dental Associate. While the support staff was truly exceptional, my experience with the dentist (filling in for the dentist on maternity leave) was extremely negative and unprofessional. ​I want to specifically commend the dental hygienist( African-American male) and Lillian. Both were absolutely amazing—professional, kind, empathetic, and they provided outstanding service. They made my visit comfortable and deserve five stars for their patient care. ​However, the interaction with the doctor was unacceptable. I was heavily scolded and made to feel ashamed for not having visited the Endodontist he had recommended. Been coming here for a few years now and I must say they have taken care of me each time. The front desk staff is very friendly and the hygienist did a great job. Clean office.

Two of my adult children went recently and both told they needed a deep cleaning for additional cost. Seeing in reviews this is happening with other people as well. Practice used to be great but now it feels like a money grab recommending unneeded services. My daughter also waited 90 minutes before her cleaning started, even though she had an 8:30am appointment so they shouldn't be running behind.
