I always love my visits to Ferdon Family Eye Care! The staff is great, always take care of me, and treat me with the utmost respect (trans-friendly). No-pressure glasses / contacts sales -- First time I ever heard "your current glasses don't need to be replaced" from an optometrist clinic even though my vision benefits / discounts were available for the year. Stellar service, nothing but good things to say about this spot!

Dr Ferdon and his staff are truly amazing. My husband and I always have an amazing experience each visit. Making appointments are always a breeze and they get you in and out. Dr Ferdon is always so kind and we really appreciate the amazing customer service. My recent visit I meet a wonderful woman and I can’t believe I forgot her name please forgive me if your reading this I have mommy brain. All I know is it starts with an S and I will feel horrible guessing and get it wrong. I’m a new patient with my first visit today. The staff and Dr. Ferndon were very welcoming, friendly, efficient and helpful. No pressure tactics to buy frames. I went there because I wanted to support a local business. My only regret is not doing so sooner. They’ve earned my family’s business moving forward.

I had a great experience at my appointment. It was my first time being seen at a vision center by an eye doctor. The entire staff was so helpful at the moment of arrival(check in) to selecting frames. My doctor was kind and personable.

This has been the most exceptional eye care experience I have had in years. As a walk-in customer who had previously purchased glasses online from another company, I was incredibly impressed. Krista was absolutely wonderful and made me feel like a valued member of the Ferdon family right away. I was quite disheartened about my glasses, fearing my prescription was incorrect, but Krista swiftly resolved the issue in less than 10 minutes! The entire staff was exceptionally gracious. I highly recommend their services.
