The two guys were awesome—so pleasant to talk to, and they really made me feel comfortable. Incredibly talented team, customer service, quality. Would not use a different lab! They did an amazing job and it came out really well. Highly recommend!

Lab was paid for a hard reline on dentures, sent dentures back that didn’t match the ones sent in. Different teeth, much larger plates, completely different tooth angle. so either I was given someone else’s plate, or their hard reline process is SO inaccurate it shouldn’t be used. When I emailed my photos in, the woman I spoke to on the phone confirmed the plates didn’t match the ones sent in (I took photos before and after, since this is sadly not the first time this problem has occurred). The lab offered to remake them for free, then later changed this offer to ‘we will hollow the plates out and remake them that way.’ The dentists who made the plates confirmed the plates received in ‘aren’t consistent with the results of a hard reline.’ And despite all of this, the lab owner still won’t
