I don't typically write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my exceptional experience with Strive and Dr. Grace Tang PhD, who has been instrumental in helping me manage my complex temporomandibular disorder (TMD) over the past several years. As someone with bilaterally damaged discs, damaged condyles, and displaced discs in my TMJs - a result of previous orthognathic surgery complications - I've had to navigate a multitude of medical specialists and surgeons across the US. Not professional, the place smelled like lunch as soon as I walked in then I was taken back and there was a greasy bag of food on the table next to me. My therapist was helpful but when I left they gave me a print out that was illegible. I’ll be going somewhere that handles my pain with more care and sends me home with something I can actually read.

Grace is the most talented physical physical therapist I have ever had. I suffered with lock jaw and was referred to her from my dentist. With only two sessions I had significant improvement. I have seen people in her practice for shoulder and plantar fasciitis pain. Everyone is professional and helpful and aided in my speedy recovery. 😍

I can't say enough good things about Strive. Allison is so wonderful, friendly, and great at her job. She'll take your concerns, how you're feeling that day, etc into account to customize your time with her to meet your needs. She's just really amazing at her job and genuinely cares for her patients. And all the other staff are really awesome too!

Dr Grace is one of the finest physical therapist in Triangle. She is very professional, knowledgeable and very patient to listen your injuries. I have gone for couple of session related to back and shoulder injury and I am very pleased with her needling procedure and recommend stretching exercises.
