Stress Free Therapeutic Massage

I bought massages for myself and my adult make children. They had nothing but high praises and I cannot give her enough attention. She is amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable and works on your troubled spots as well as going back to the root cause and releasing those muscles as well. I suffer migraines and she was able to release tension and that allowed 3 extra days before a migraine came back. I highly suggest you become a regular client and let her take away all your stresses!!! It is a building that says Chiropractor, park in the back, go in side entrance, up to the second floor and you will see her office.

Lydia is an incredible therapist. Lovely, friendly and funny, but also phenomenally talented. I'm a tad hard to please when it comes to massages as I benefit most from true deep tissue work given a few old injuries. I was blown away by Lydia and have already scheduled my next appointment with her. Hugely recommend. XO

Long overdue review, what can I say. I just love Lydia's spirit and the magic she does with her hands. I have been going to her for over six years. I usually get a 90 minute massage and she puts me to sleep every time. I feel so relaxed and go back to sleepupon arriving home. She is the best.
