So happy I decided to come to set straight ortho. This place is so clean and comfortable, providing top tier service. Temi provided excellent customer service. Communication was very smooth and detailed. I’m going to refer all my family and friends!

When I first started coming to this office, it was great fast service and results. They switched over to a new name and that’s when problems started to occur regarding health insurance payments. It’s not super clear who is the main doctor but all the paper work will say Seth Newman. When I did see this doctor, he was very rough by accident. Overall the service isn’t bad and you do get the results you want when you go to your appointment regularly.

I am looking for an orthodontist, I decided to call this clinic. I made an appointment for 30 min to assess if braces makes sense for me. I received a call at 2:09pm where I was told that I needed to make sure I wasn’t late for my appointment as they were short staffed. The short staffed was emphasized various times, I asked if them being short staffed was going to impact my appointment time, she said no simply that I couldn’t be late. When i checked in the young lady at the desk only asked me for my name. I waited for 15, min with no updates, no paperwork not even a courtesy update on why my appointment wasn’t being honored. When i approached the front desk the young lady reminded me that she had told me they were short staffed…… there is an art to client hospitality, additionally appoint

Amazing experience at Straight Set Orthodontics in Harlem! Mel was so kind and patient, and the doctor took her time explaining whether braces or Invisalign would be best for me. I felt informed, comfortable, and never rushed. Highly recommend!
