Stop & Shop Pharmacy

Ive been using this pharmacy almost 3 years. These people really care. Yeah they can occasionally be slow filling medications, but as someone who is chroniclly ill and who takes a lot of medication, these people have seen my good days, my bad days, days where I'm just crying trying to get my meds, and days when I'm just angry at everything because life is so overwhelming. But they care, always happy and excited for me when I have good news and super kind and compassionate when I am sullen and despondent to pick up another new medication to add to the list. They are only human but I've never had a prescription that was missing anything, if they didn't have enough to fully fill my script they'd work with me and give me a partial fill to get me by till they could get the rest ordered, if they

I have been coming here for years now. Everyone in this department is very efficient and friendly. They do their jobs. They contact you when your prescription is ready. They contact you when it’s out of stock. They do what they are supposed to do and I have had situations where Carol and Conner go above their normal job functions.

I have been using this pharmacy for many years. I have always loved the staff. They were friendly and always helpful. Lately I feel the staff is rude. I can understand we all can have a bad day but this is now becoming an everytime I visit problem. I am very unhappy with the customer service. It is also now taking much longer to get my medicine. The old pharmacist would go out of his or her way to make sure my family had what they needed. Now, the mentality is like, "Oh Well" you will get it when you get it. , Which for some medication is not a reasonable response.

The one women pharmacist in Watertown is nothing but rude inconsiderate and does not care I had called in meds days before to be filled to make sure they have it when I called saying is refill ready she was like I had no refills and I did to say give use a few hours no problem takes them days fill anyways then to a text have order it might be in next day after 5. She had parcel of my medication and wouldn’t give me to get by and was telling me no idea when it comes in would be ready now Conner will always give parcel she was rude and was like nothing I can do for u why did I waste my time in sending refill in days before so they have time order this has happen many times with her how she is a pharmacist that’s so rude to anyone I don’t know why they keep her on many negative reviews abo

Absolutely horrible, my prescription was filled a week ago by the doctor, I go to pick up still not filled. The female pharmacist is so rude no customer service. Nasty old lady with no ppl skills.
