I could not be any happier with Dr. Clauss and his office staff! Everyone treated my children with dignity, care and compassion. Even my youngest who isn’t a patient was treated like family! We look forward to continue to work with Dr. Clauss and highly recommend that you do the same!

I had an amazing experience at this orthodontist’s office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They were warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. The office itself is spotless, modern, and organized, which instantly gave me confidence that my child was in good hands. They took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all my questions without rushing. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their patients truly sets them apart. Not to mention the different activities and rewards they have for their customers . I had an excellent consult today! The staff was very well prepared to answer questions about my daughters treatment. They presented a thorough treatment plan and even detailed what the costs would be. The rest of my family took advantage of the free massage chair and video games in the waiting room while Dr. C met with me. We had a great consult and will be back for treatment when my kiddos teeth are ready!

Each employee from the techs, to the fabulous front desk always treated my children with kindness and respect. They took the time to remember the things important to our family and to make every visit a pleasant one. I cannot recommend this office enough.
