Stop & Shop Pharmacy

Terrible experience. Sent my large deli order in before I went to the store When I got to the store, I stopped by the deli, wasn’t In the Pickup area so I I started to do my regular shopping. I went back twice to the deli never found my order so I asked what happened. They said they’ve been having trouble with the computer and never got the order. It was a large order and it took quite a while of me standing there to get it filled. Then I went to check out finally, and there was only one register open with a cashier that there every morning, who does not take kindly to senior citizens she has no patience with 18 senior citizen So I went to the self check out it was a nightmare There is usually a very nice older lady there. She was not there today instead I had dealing with two of

Dana, who works in pharmacy, is the nicest most helpful person. I work in home care nursing and she's helped me multiple times troubleshoot issues, locate meds, assist my patients to get things done. I love when my patient says that picked this pharmacy for their scripts because I know we'll get the help we need.

I've been filling prescriptions here for about 3 years now. Pharmacy staff are always friendly, and service is quick. They are definitely doing a better job than my local CVS, which typically has longer wait times for prescription filling and the pickup line. They have provided me with all the same services. One tech even says hi to me each time I am in the store just shopping. A big thank you to this location.

I picked up my prescription this morning, and I have to admit, the experience left me feeling quite uneasy. The woman working at the pharmacy never seems to smile or express any gratitude, which creates a cold and uncomfortable atmosphere. In my opinion, a company as large as Stop & Shop should provide customer service training to ensure that customers feel valued and respected, rather than like an inconvenience. This morning, I accidentally swiped my credit card too early, and the response I got was unsettling. I honestly felt like she was about to snap at me, and she threw my prescription across the counter, which only made the situation worse. It’s moments like this that make me consider taking my business elsewhere—maybe to CVS or another pharmacy where customer service is a priority.

I was in on 11/18/ 2023 around 130PM and when I went to check out the bagger walked away and I had to bag my own groceries the guy was over at customer service just talking to another employee about personal issues which is wrong. If there are customers in line you take care of them first before your own personal business. The cashier was excellent as she always has been. I have never had issues with any of the cashiers
