Stop & Shop Pharmacy

The store got redone and now there's so much less to offer 😤 Mind you this is my 5 attempt to see if they had improved the selection of what was there to offer. But NOPE. This pharmacy went from having a really decent selection of make up to a half a wall of mostly low end eyeliners, mascara and very limited concealers/cover-up but not a stitch of lipstick?! Don't even get me started on the sanitary supply 'section'. It must be a hetero man doing the ordering. Women don't want scented period products! The only size 2 pads available are perfumed!😤 Guess I'll just be ordering from Walmart from now on. Zero out of 10 on the 'improved' pharmacy🙄

Expect this to happen every time. You go in, doesn’t matter how long after your doctor wrote the script, they haven’t filled it yet. They say come back in….1/2 an hour. Stand in line again. Though the people there are very pleasant, it’s very understaffed. Expect to stand in line for 1/2 hour+ to pick up prescriptions. Not good service.

My 84 yr old mother was given the wrong medication. She was violently sick, disoriented & pulled very heavy bureau on top of her. That alone could have killed her, never mind the wrong medication reacting to her meds. It’s been 2 weeks with no word, from the higher up’s from S&S! Check your prescriptions before leaving the store. This could have been deadly in more ways than one! Unexceptionable! Jacqueline Smith!

Used to be a quick pharmacy. Post renovation it takes 4x as long as before. The new store layout confuses everyone. Selection is smaller than before and harder to find what you need. Wish we had a CVS or a Walgreens

Very bad service, I went there to pick up my medication after 4 days that the doctor sent to them the prescription, they were closed for lunch there was no sign at all saying that, I waited 30 minutes to hear that it’s was not ready yet. Plus I was working like everyone does I have no time to waste, I back to work without it and I still have to figure out when I can go back. The person at the counter didn't even care when I tried to explain that it was difficult to get back there. Very disappointed.
