Island Hearing Services

Jamie was wonderful. My Mom has had the same hearing aids for about 5 years that she purchased through Vineyard Audiology. They have closed their practice and referred their business off island to Falmouth. We were told we’d need two visits off island to continue care. The office said there was someone on island that we could work with and we are so glad we did. We found out many aspects of the device that she was unaware of and learned about cleaning and maintenance. I can’t recommend Jamie more highly.

Jamie is highly professional, prompt, warm and generous. I was able to secure an appointment within a week for initial hearing evaluation. She reassured me that my hearing was unimpaired. I will gladly see her again if my hearing deteriorates.

Island Hearing Services is great. Dr. Jamie Loschen is thoughtful and caring about her work. I've been to her practice several times for hearing aid repairs as well as for routine hearing tests and she has always been extremely helpful with any issues that I've experienced.

I am an experienced hearing aid wearer, with SSD (single sided deafness) and a severe hearing loss in my good ear. She is very patient, always listens, is kind and compassionate. She always makes time to see me if I have an issue. I cannot function without them. I was hospitalized this summer and was having a difficult time hearing the nurses, etc. she brought her portable equipment and put me back in action. Since the audiologist who had kept the island hearing is retiring, Jamie is a welcome addition to the island. I went off island for my hearing needs for years, but am happy to have Jamie’s hearing services here. I highly recommend her!

Jaime met back in June and I received some great new hearing aids from that meeting. It too k several meting to get the right ones but we put together a great package. She help me adjust to them and adjust them by tuning them up several times to make sure i was doing the best with them. I recommend her very highly, very professional and reliable.
