George Family Orthodontics

Two of my children had braces with George Family Orthodontics and they are both very happy that they did! 15 years later, it was my turn: I got Invisalign braces! George Family Orthodontics is a well run practice with friendly staff members, modern equipment, a flexible payment plan and high quality care. My Invisalign journey went by so quickly, I can’t believe it’s over!! Dr. George is a master Orthodontist. She is serious about her craft and the results for me are so satisfying. My daughter had braces at George Family Orthodontics some years ago, and we had a great experience. The staff were always friendly, cheerful, competent, and efficient. However, I went back recently with my son, and decided that they're no longer for us. I have a couple of issues with them now. First, they're really pushing Invisalign, and not being fully transparent about it. My son asked if it would give him microplastics (something I had not even thought of) and they assured him that it was totally safe. However, a quick internet search reveals that Invisalign does erode in the mouth, introducing plastics into the body. Do we get plastics from everything else, too? Who knew that getting Aligner braces at the age of 67 could be such a positive experience? But from the beginning to the end of the process, which for me just finished up today, the whole experience has really been terrific. Dr. George is clear, skilled, and friendly. All of the hygienists are incredibly supportive and friendly; they all keep to the appointment times and they even keep to the estimated length of treatment. I was told it would be a year and a half and it was exactly a year and a half. I love these guys. I only wish they had put braces on my teeth when I was 13 instead of now. But better late than never!

Wonderful experience for my 11 year old son who had teeth going everywhere!!!! Comprehensive approach by all team members and doctor. Very communicative and quick to respond to schedule immediate appointments when needed. Thorough, responsive, and professional. Highly recommend.
