Stop & Shop Pharmacy

New Cromwell resident. Came to Stop n Shop from Walgreens. Pharmacy transferred all our prescriptions (at least 20) same day. I have a medically complex child and 2 insurance companies. We are always changing meds. This requires many approvals. I have never had one complaint from the staff. They treat us like we are their only customer. Never received service like this before. It is so overwhelming with all the denials but I never have to do the work. They push for us until our meds are approved. Always greeted by 1st name, a Top notch Pharmacy!

Excellence pharmacy. Great, helpful employees. You can tell they love what they do. They are so friendly and upbeat when I go. I’ve only been to them twice so far, because my insurance dropped cvs. I am very impressed with the wonderful staff.

Great people work at this pharmacy! They are always willing to help you find something or to take care of you. Today they contacted my doctor to fix an issue with a prescription and insurance without me having to do anything. I love this pharmacy.

The pharmacist technician Melissa on Sunday's is beyond rude and it's a shame the pharmacist didn't say anything. She was rude on the phone and worse in person. I understand people have a bad day, but this was beyond horrible and I'll be going to a different pharmacy from now on. If 0 stars was possible, they'd get it.

Been getting my immunizations here for the past year or so and the staff are the friendliest at any pharmacy around. Keep up the good work
