Going to Cromwell Dental (The Smilist) has been a great experience for me. From a thorough and professional Dental Hygienist to doctors who are not only at the top of their profession, but take the time to talk with (not to) their patients and answer any questions that they may have about the dental field. Their administrative support staff explain insurance benefits, costs, and related information. Their motto seems to be full disclosure and are transparent about patient’s finances. The only concern is that they need to focus on keeping their staff. I had one dentist whom I liked a lot but then, without knowing, he was gone the next time I had an appointment. Highly recommended this dental group to anyone! Especially if you have crippling anxiety over dental work like myself! Everyone is so kind and patient and willing to work with you at your own pace the dental hygienist and the dentist are all fantastic! Definitely give them 5 stars!

Highly recommended dental clinic! The staff here are incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Sultan did an amazing job on my teeth, and the hygienists—Kelly, Elwyna, Ashley (and the others whose names I can’t remember)—are all fantastic. Jayson at the front desk is also wonderful.

Everyone is so pleasant. Dr. Spin I was so concerned for my comfort during a procedure. I was petrified to say the least. He made me feel comfortable and made sure I didn’t feel any pain and continued to ask me how I felt. He was wonderful. Nicole, Jason and Mothership are a great time! I highly recommend Dr Sponzo and his team!

All the staff members from the receptionist, the administrative & professional staff are great, friendly, sociable & knowledgeable. Before, during after your procedure, the professional staff take the time to talk to & listen to each patient, & explain what they were going to do. I do not live locally, I live 45 min from the practice but became a patient there 8 years ago since it was convenient to my office 10 min away. I retired in 2021 & have no desire to change practices & recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental office.
