Priority Urgent Care Cromwell, CT

I made an appointment for my school bus 2 year medical card. They were so very nice at the front desk and I filled out my paperwork. As soon as I filled out my paperwork, they were right on time and took me in for my appointment. They were very professional, friendly and the facility was extremely clean. 10. Stars and I highly recommend this facility!

Very neat and clean environment. The staff are very nice and helpful. The overall visit was very quick and effective. I went there for my 2 years old daughter's rash issue, and it was resolved very timely manner. I made a prior appointment.

They were on time for my appointment They were all very friendly, professional, and the facility was extremely clean. They addressed my issues with knowledge and thoughtfulness. I was fully satisfied with everything there and would definitely recommend them!

Don't even bother making an appointment because they still make you sit and wait a long time before you're actually seen. I genuinely have no idea how the kid that brought me back, took my information, and checked my vitals even got the job. I had to repeat myself multiple times, he was completely unprofessional in the way he spoke to me, & it seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. When the doctor examined me, he was pretty informative, but I didn't feel prioritized. It seemed very rushed & the way he spoke to me also felt a little unprofessional. Definitely not as much as that kid though. If they told me that they picked a random guy off the street to help out that day, I wouldn't have been shocked in the slightest. Overall, I just wasted 2 hours of my time. Don't recommend.

My overall experience was good. My problem was taken care of and an accurate prescription was recommended. The only problem I experienced was that I was asked to update my information. I updated my pharmacy from a Middletown CVS to a Rocky Hill CVS. My prescription was sent to Middletown and I drove to Rocky Hill to find out that it was sent to Middletown. I then went to Middletown to pick up. This was not a huge deal, but make sure that your prescription is sent to the right pharmacy if you update your paperwork.
