Made an appointment to be seen. When I arrived I was told they didn't have an appointment for me in their system. Upon registering me it was discovered in their system that I did in fact have an appointment. I was told I would be seen in approximately 30 minutes. 90 minutes later I still had not been seen. They don't take people in the order they check in. I ended up leaving without being seen after waiting 3x longer than quoted and frustrated they were taking others before me. No apologizes. No let's make this right. I went to another local location, I was in and out in a half hour and the provider was phenomenal. Patients are coming here during a difficult time because they are experiencing some type of illness or injury, it is a difficult time and situations like this only co

They are very nice people there . I didnt have to wait long . Very clean and organized . I had Susan as the doctor . She was bright and bubbly which I appreciated sense I wasn't feeling well . She took care of me and got me on my way .

I wanted this review to be better. I was warmly welcomed when I arrived as a walk-in. Check in was easy and you can complete all documents online. The waiting area was very clean, well lit, there were even charging stations for phones. When I checked in, I was made aware that two people were in exam rooms and one person was waiting ahead of me. It took about 20 minutes to be brought into an exam room, which was perfectly acceptable for a walk in. After seeing the nurse who brought me into the room, I waited at least 30 minutes for the Nurse Practitioner to see me. I could hear her outside of the exam room calling and talking to a pharmacy about another patient. While she was examining me, she left twice to take phone calls from the same pharmacist. Regina at the front desk was wonderful. I watched her handle a difficult situation with another patient with a lot of tact and grace. She even saw me sweating like crazy from a high fever and rushed to get me a popsicle, which made my day! She deserves a raise and some time off :) other staff were kind and helpful as well. Facility seemed clean.

Victoria M. I was a walk-in. Here because by mistake, I had booked myself into a different urgent care, but they still scheduled me there and treated me there. Staff is very Courteous and Friendly. The staff welcomed me as a family member and it was my 1st visit to this particular Urgent Care They are very Kind, Respectful, and quickly got me into a room to treat me. After doctor examined me, he explained everything very well. Between in and out about 30 minutes. I also got my 3 prescription for my cold right away!
