I visited your location today and was disappointed with the overall experience. About two years ago, I received treatment that included a root canal and a crown, along with a few other necessary procedures. The total charges were applied to my CareCredit account—approximately $2,000—along with my dental insurance. Due to life circumstances, I was unable to return for follow-up service until today when my crown broke. Upon my return, I was presented with a bill immediately after the X-ray, which I expected. However, I was also under the impression that, in good business faith, I would receive a credit for previously paid but unfulfilled services. This was only addressed after I brought it to the staff’s attention, and even then, I was given a credit without an invoice to clarify the detail

Dr. Steven’s was amazing. She was very educational, I love her energy 10/10. I think we found a long time dentist with Dr. Steven’s. Thank You Love!! 🫶🏾

I am so impressed. The information that was provided for family. I have never been so happy at a dentist. I recommend everyone coming here. Wonderful staff that wants to see my entire family have the best smile. During the whole session they made sure to keep me informed. I was extremely happy with the service. I love Ms. Shermaine is now a part of my forever family.

Dr. Stevens and her staff are remarkable!!!! You are greeted by name as soon as you walk in the door. If not, you are definitely greeted with a beautiful smile when you walk in. They are extremely professional and treat you like family. The family that you love and get along with of course!!! I will continue to go to Stone Mountain Dental 2 for my wife, children's, and my dental needs.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. I did not have a pleasant experience and will not ever return to this dentist again. I am a patient of Dr. Stevens of many years, therefore I am thoroughly shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence I experienced today. I initially consulted for braces a few weeks ago, but was told instead that I would get X-rays for invisalign trays upon arriving to the visit to get the braces. I was initally slightly upset because I just wanted it to be over (and as a teacher did this in the summer to not have to keep taking off), however, I trusted Dr. Steven's expertise. It took over an hour to complete the X-rays, I paid the $1800 deposit, and was given another appointment date for today, August 4. When I arrived at the Lilburn office
