Livewell Family Dentistry is the BEST practice in Gwinnett! Dr. Smith and his team truly care about the well-being of every patient. There are welcoming smiles from the minute you come through the front door, they handle all processing of insurance & paperwork, ensuring its completion or follow-up. The dental hygienist calmed my worst dental stress (not an easy task) by "hearing" what I needed, which made me feel like a human being, not just a dental patient. Dr. Smith has the patience of a saint. He goes above and beyond to help his patients, especially in situations with few/difficult options. Amazing dental practice!!

Joy has been a staple, a name and face I’ve recognized over many, many years. Coming into Smith’s care, I have no complaints. He’s absolutely amazing, genuine, considerate, and just, overall, top tier. The staff is VERY personable. I’ve had the pleasure of coming here for well over 20 years (crazy, just thinking about it 👴🏽). I thrive on consistency, more so when it comes to good people. Everyone has been nothing but consistent in the way they have achieved and maintain greatness. 10/10.

My husband has been going to this practice for years, since it was owned by two prior doctors. I started here in 2020 when my previous dentist closed during Covid. My daughter was going to a pediatric dentist until he moved and made it impossible to get her there. She has always hated going to the dentist . Marla was great with her and my daughter said it was much better than her pediatric dentist. So we are now all going to the same practice. Dr Smith did my first crown and he made it much easier than I expected. Highly recommend.

I had a very uncomfortable and concerning experience at this office, and I feel it’s important to share it so others can make an informed decision. When I arrived, there was no dentist or provider present. It felt like the location was being run solely by a hygienist. The hygienist, Marwa, repeatedly insisted that I needed a deep cleaning, even after I clearly explained multiple times that I only wanted a regular cleaning, which is what my insurance covers. She said for me to have a deep cleaning even before the x-ray had happened. I had a cleaning done just a few months ago, so this recommendation felt unnecessary and financially motivated. At many points felt like I was being guilt-trapped. After my X-rays were taken, I was told that no doctor would be reading them, and that instead an

Dr and staff were professional and respectful. I got my teeth cleaned and Dr tolok time to answer my concerns . Ooh it was my first time ever to receive many gifts from a medical office in addition to tooth brush and tooth paste. Thank you again!! I recommend clinic to everyone.
