This was my initial visit with HearingLife. I was very pleased. In-take was easy and very user friendly on my computer, prior to my visit. The visit itself was thorough and very educational. When we arrive we were greeted very friendly Tech person the exam was thorough and she answered all of our questions as well as giving us options for hearing aids and estimated price as well as financing options for the hearing aids very professional

Dima was great. Quick Hearing test and hearing aid tweaking and some new batteries.

Dima, my audiologist for this visit, was excellent! Not only did she do some adjusting to my hearing aids which is great, but she also recommended a different type of fitting that goes inside my ears. No other audiologist has done that before. They work great and I can definitely hear better!

I had an “emergency” situation and was able to get an immediate appointment. Problem was solved and reason for problem was explained in detail. Much appreciated.
