Disappointing experience with front desk staff I went to this dental office today expecting a routine visit, but the receptionist’s attitude made me not want to come back or make any appointments. She was rude and unhelpful when I asked simple questions. It’s a shame, because I had heard good things about the clinic, but the way patients are treated at the front desk sets a very negative tone. I hope management addresses this — no one should feel unwelcome at a dentist’s office.

Dr. Wignall and his staff have taken great care of me for many years. He has always been excellent to work with and whenever treatment is needed he recommends a very practical and effective solution. Today, he really went above and beyond to replace a crown that came off while I was in the middle of a two week camping trip. He eased my mind when we communicated and he, and his staff, went above and beyond to help me fix it. He has my trust and highest recommendation.

Dr. Wignall is an artist. I moved to Chapel Hill 4 years ago and previously had decent dental care, but Dr Wignall is far and above the best. He is low key, but when I needed restorative procedures he did unbelievable work. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Dr. Wignall and his staff are so caring and kind. They do a thorough job, pay attention to details and have been there for us through all sorts of dental procedures . We always feel confident we are in good hands. A great practice for your entire family including children. I highly recommend them!

Dr Wignall and his staff are the best. Patient, caring, and thorough. His office doesn’t feel like an advertisement for cosmetic procedures. Highly recommended.
