Extremely disrespectful office. I loved Dr. Christophi he was kind and caring and I could trust him. But the office staff, and scheduling was a nightmare and extremely disrespectful, condescending, and flat out rude. It took me 10 years to come in for my problem. But instead of getting care I’m just dealing with it to not go back to the office. Yesterday was a nightmare from the front desk receptionist to being led to procedures room and not knowing why?!? Then asking why and trying to understand (I thought this was a consult?!) being talked down on until they realized the mistake! Then today when I just said “I’d like wait to schedule this and to ask the doctor if there are any other options we could do (knowing he mentioned one that he prefers!)” The scheduling lady was trying to tell

Dr Christophe is an excellent physician with a great bedside manner and office staff is always helpful

The Gastroenterologist and his staff were excellent. Right from the time I arrived, in procedure, and recovery areas, all excellent. Explained everything from the start to finish. Consummate professionals, all of them. As a nurse, I expected nothing less and they did not let me down. Beautiful job folks. Keep it up!!!

Dr Christophi is gentle and kind, and really knows his stuff. The team for the colonoscopy were efficient and friendly, making what could have been an uncomfortable experience not so bad. I felt well cared for, and appreciate the followup call where he discussed the results, what they mean, and what the next step is.

I found Dr Christfi to be kind, friendly and a great bedside manner. He made me feel comfortable and confident that he will take the best of care. He explained tests he is going to do on me as well as why and outcome +/-
