I had surgery on my lower jaw before I had my dentures mad and they blamed my jaw for the horrible fit. The shape of my jaw is slightly different. The dentist did not take this into account when he made my dentures. Instead of shaping my jaw he left the edges completely open. I can fit my tongue underneath the denture while I am wearing it. All day the bottom moves up and down. This is my first set of dentures so I did not know what to expect, and they fooled me. I went back right after my permanents were made and complained that the bottom was too wide open. The dentist blamed my jaw. When I told the dentist that my temporaries had fit well and stayed on all day he said, "You were very lucky." I had 32 teeth extracted and an immediate denture provided as a walk-in all in one day. I chose one of the "beginner" denture packages; the premium level denture. The office is an assembly line. Get there well before 7:45am to get a good spot in line, because they only take so many people a day and if you are near the end you might get turned away. I am a dentalphobe and was very afraid of pain. Dr. Hedges numbed me better than I could have ever expected. He pulled all of my teeth quickly and I felt no pain, I swear none at all. I left with my temporary denture, a prescription for pain medicine, and instructions about after care. I got my permanent denture when I was healed and my gums were ready. I had to have a broken tooth pulled. They were the best. Not only did they get it out they found out that the previous dentist that originally filled it had drilled into my sinuses and filled into my jaw bone which made the extraction basically an oral surgery. I have another tooth that needs to come out an I will return they are very good at what they do and the price was great, no problems afterward. Thank you.

I believe some of the 1 star reviews are unfair.. I personally know of 4 different people that have gone here and have been treated good and received very nice dentures that have held up nicely. I went here for a consultation and yes there is quite a wait but in my opinion it can be worth it.

One of the rudest dentists I have ever visited. Find a dentist who truly cares about people and his patients.
