Horrible experience. Could never get my sons glasses replaced on warranty. Another man was in there complaining during our appointment and I should have left then. We were lied to about bringing his glasses in and then never received a call back after calling multiple times. Never gave me side effects for medication that another eye doctor took us off of immediately. My son is 12 and can only see within 3 feet and they treated us like garbage. Super disappointed. More expensive glasses than we've ever paid on insurance and then broke the first week. We had to go to another local place and pay for glasses outright because they could never figure out how to help us with warranty.

Have to say the optometrist was thorough but buy your glasses elsewhere. The glasses were overpriced and have been the lowest quality frames I've ever had bought 425.00 for bifocals I've purchased readers from Walgreens that lasted longer and although they are under a year old just don't want the stress of arguing with them. When I called the person I spoke with just assumed that they were mishandled. Funny how there isn't a scratch on them the frame split at a seam. DON'T BUY THERE GLASSES!

I don't know how they treat you if you buy glasses from them (maybe the same), but if you take the script elsewhere and glasses don't turn out right, you have to pay an extra $50 for them to double check the script. Every other optometrist office I've been to (which has been MANY), they never charge to do a recheck or make an adjustment to the script. I'll be going to a different optometrist next time.

The people in this office really have their act together. Dr Cartmell has been the best doctor. We have been going to him for many years. They are great
