Sternen Physical Therapy

I've been seeing either Kim D'orio or Rob Barnes 3 times weekly for a month as I work to heal after a significant sports-related fracture of my knee. They have both been fantastic, and I'm so inspired and encouraged by my progress! Each one has their unique style, and I have found the combination of their approaches very beneficial. They really make an excellent team! Having worked in healthcare, I really appreciate the well-run office and the sense I get that my treatment is truly personalized to who I am and what I need. A close friend recommended Sternen when I needed PT, and I could not be happier. I look very forward to seeing where my continued PT takes me. Highly recommended!!

I've had a really good experience and so glad I went to this PT location. Everyone is so caring and they help explain to you what is going on and answer any questions you have. There is not judgement feeling either. I've worked directly with Ashleigh and she is really good at helping you figure out what you need physically and emotionally and mentally. All 3 of these go together in a successful recovery.

Rob and Kim are excellent therapist. They both are very compassionate and understanding.

I had a great experience at Sternen. The physical therapists I saw (Rob and Ashleigh) were super helpful in teaching me different exercises and stretches to address my TMJ issues. Everyone at the front desk is really nice and scheduling was convenient. I would be happy to come back if I needed to.

The entire staff are friendly, helpful and there to support your healing journey. I broke my ankle and was at a serious low point, unable to run, weak and unstable on my feet. I followed instructions at home and did what was prescribed at therapy twice a week and in less than three months of therapy, I’m back running. My visits to the team, have become the highlight of my entire week. Big hearts!
