Dr was amazing took time to understand all that was going on. Then he clearly explained what was going on with the symptoms and how to address the options for healing. This dr was amazing. Waitng time short got in quickly. Thank you Sterling urgent care nampa

Posting this here because the "We'd love your feedback" option doesn't work. My provider got my information mixed up with somebody else which was extremely odd for me.. I was checked in with my credentials and I thought my exam was off to say the least. She eventually figured it out, but honestly, really? Why do you spend the time to check somebody in if you can't keep their confidential medical records straight? That seems like a breech of information if it was up to me, but I'm probably not going to pursue it. However, I will be pursuing insurance coverage pertaining to your facility and will be sharing feedback of that experience. Cheers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My daughter broke her wrist on a Saturday and this place was one of the only places open for xrays that wasn't an ER. We went there and have regretted it ever since. They didn't put her in a hard cast, as they should have (according to our Orthopedic place we transferred care to later). Not only this but they REFUSED to see us on the follow up appointment until our bill of over $500 was paid which we didn't even know we owed. Trying to get in touch with a manager or billing has been a nightmare. I have been on hold for HOURS on end only to hang up in frustration and annoyance of the awful hold music. There were no answering machines to leave a message when they were, "too busy" and no call backs after promised a manager would call me "within a week." Overall, awful serv
