Regarding assistance in importing our cat from USA to Australia, Our cat, Pusheen has made it to Brisbane ❤️ She's now back to her old routine and her endless demand of play and cuddles. From my wife and I, we sincerely thank Dr. Irene, Stephanie and the rest of Sterling Pointe team in assisting us with Pusheen's journey. I had a great experience. We brought our cat in this morning and the staff was fantastic with him from start to finish. The team was very kind, professional, and clearly experienced with handling pets in a calm and caring way. What really stood out to me was how they presented several different treatment options at different price points and explained everything clearly so we could choose what made the most sense for us. I never felt pressured. I was also blown away by how efficient the visit was. The whole process was smooth and quick without ever feeling rushed. You can tell they respect both your time and your pet’s comfort. I can’t thank the team enough for the help they gave us. My first experience with Sterling Pointe Vet Clinic was a few months ago when I had to put my kitty Wiley to sleep. The girl who answered the phone was so compassionate and when we showed up our kitty was rushed in and taken care of with compassion. Recently we adopted another kitty, Pippa, and called Sterling for an appointment. Again the receptionist was so pleasant on the phone. First point of contact means a lot! Then when we arrived and saw and spoke with Dr. Van Tine I knew I’d finally found our permanent vet. She was calm, had a sense of humor, shared her beliefs on food, never rushed me while answering my many questions, and didn’t push anything! Dr Van Tine and staff have taken excellent care of our dog Ludwig. The expertise, kindness and compassion have seen him through some scary times. He’s now a couple weeks away from his 16th birthday!!!!

We had our first visit recently with one of our two puppies. On short notice, a convenient appointment was available. A simple form was needed to complete to provide authorization for their (previous) records be transferred to this business. The initial treatment options were presented in a low to high format giving cost options. Great experience overall!
