every time i find myself coming back to this pharmacy, I am always treated with the most respect from the new pharmacist, Dania. She has always been so helpful and answered all my questions in a simple way for my old self to be able to understand, she’s the best. I haven’t had the same experience with the others but i’m sure they are in good hands because of her. the other people are kinda slow but she is a fireball and moves so quick!

Love this pharmacy, and I am here a couple of times a month. The negative reviews from two years ago are completely different staff. SW Pharmacist Angie and her crew are all working hard to make sure everyone feels important and taken care of. If you feel that way, leave a review for this pharmacy!

I have had nothing but problems with them and today was my last straw. I’ve been out of my prescription for 3 days (not any controlled substance) but it has some pretty bad withdrawal effects and I’ve been asking for a refill since last week. I even contacted my drs office myself and they sent it over on the phone with me. I called and was belittled and told they hadn’t received anything, then I had my boyfriend call and they said my insurance had not payed for it yet (I’ve had the same insurance for years) and then I called my drs office again who has already sent it twice and asked them to send it again, then called Safeway again immediately and was laughed at by multiple women who answered and passed around until I finally gave up and threatened legal action. A bit slow, but I'm really wondering where the comments about rude staff workers are coming from? I've never had to wait too long to get my prescriptions filled, even if they're one off ones that aren't refilled monthly / four times a year. It's longer than some other pharmacies, yes, but if you treat the staff with respect and kindness, they will be nothing but nice to you. Convienent place, nice staff recognize me from time to time and we catch up.

I've only had great experiences dealing with the staff here at the Lincoln Safeway Pharmacy. They have been very helpful, as my 84 year old Mom is new to the area. 5 Stars of service has been earned with us! Thank you for making us feel welcome at this new Pharmacy!
