We had a wonderful experience bringing my daughter here. Dr. Harris was incredibly kind and gentle, which made her feel very comfortable. Maddy was great with her X-rays, and Sophia did an excellent job helping Dr. Harris with the cleaning. We had almost no wait time, and everyone was thorough, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Went for my routine visit & was very happy with Kaylie , the assistant for Dr.Harris. She made you feel comfortable & had a very friendly attitude, makes your visit less stressful. First time with Dr.Harris & he also was very good & thorough with my exam. I feel comfortable & know he'll do the best job possible for all my dental needs & concerns.

The staff at Parkway Dental Group were very thorough in the cleaning and laser treatment of my teeth. They thoroughly explained the treatment plan and the cost before proceeding with the treatments. I can’t remember a more pleasant trip to the dentist, and we all know how we feel about “trips to the dentist.” I recommend them highly!

My first visit was great, but the quality of my appointments has gone downhill since. It feels like they put a lot of effort into that initial visit, since they ask for a review right after, then the level of care drops off. I really noticed it during my second and third visits. Not to mention it's a bit challenging to be seen at times. I had an appointment on the books I was really looking forward to, and was later told it had to be pushed out further because they no longer had availability for me. My most recent appointment was especially disappointing. My concerns weren’t heard or discussed the way I was told they would be, and the interaction felt rushed. I even called afterward to share my concerns and was told someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. The frustrating part is

I have now had my teeth cleaned twice at Parkway Dental. Sherree is the best at what she does. She is so pleasant, listens to you, and addresses your concerns. Talks me through the whole process so I know what is going on. I am usually nervous when I get my mouth worked on. But I was so relaxed with Sherree. I highly recommend her!
