The Sterling team is the best in town. Excellent pharmacy service by phone and in person, and there's even a web portal you can sign up for that lets you transfer in and refill prescriptions. Med sync works great, and the service overall is consistent and fast. All in all, best pharmacy I've ever been to. Never thought I'd rave about a pharmacy to friends.
The experience felt very disorganized, and I didn’t find the support helpful. There’s definitely room for improvement in both structure and communication.
One person left a bad taste but dont let it fool you. They have amazing peoplenlike Mitch and Drew. Kept their promise my stuff came and they follow up. Def 100% worth using.
