Cub Pharmacy

I am sad I am having to change this rating, because I genuinely like the workers at this pharmacy. But unfortunately, the fact is they are putting my life at risk over some red tape. Its been 9 months since my last seizure med refill, and All I asked was to give me a 3 day advance, because I know what's legally allowed. But because I don't have a piece of paper they wont even think about it. I want to be specific, I could DIE without my meds, and I have been going back and fourth between pharmacy and Dr's office, all the while going without my seizure meds. I feel abandoned, betrayed, and that they just genuinely don't care anymore. I placed my trust in them, they are friendly, they are affordable, but somehow I guess I am just not important enough to help. I honestly feel betrayed

The best pharmacy in Northfield. Great staff who are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Unlike other pharmacies they are always well staffed.

Really nice people, but completely disorganized. I am on my 8th trip to Walgreens in the last 5 years to get insulin refilled. They send a voicemail that tells you Rx is ready for pick up, and when you get there they've either given your insulin to someone else, or some other excuse. My last trip, I have been out of insulin for almost a week and refuse to pay $800 because insurance says the refill isn't due. I called Friday and they verified refill would be ready Saturday. Received "ready for pickup" message on Saturday. Went in Sunday morning and was told they were out of my insulin. "Sorry". Was told had to order more and should have in a couple days. Went to Walgreens, like every other time Cub fell short, and they magically have some. My suggestion to anyone reading this would be to re

Super efficient, friendly and helpful. We get our flu shots here every year. Update: I needed a strep test on a Saturday afternoon. Local urgent care was full. Cub pharmacists gave me a test AND antibiotics when it was positive. I was out the door in less than a half hour. Great community resource.

I love this pharmacy. Not only are they fast, but they are so friendly and genuinely care about their customers! Like knowing who you are before you even tell them (and I don’t even go that often so color me impressed!!) 10/10 recommend this pharmacy
