I've been seeing Stephen Wade for a few months now and I have been very pleased with the massages. He has a true talent for finding those stubborn knots and releasing the tension. Came across Stephen randomly as I tried to kill time before an event. One of the best massages I’ve had. Very comfortable environment, very professional, very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone dealing with pain or just wanting to relax. 10/10

I ended up coming across Stephen's office by chance. I was able to secure a last minute appointment. He was fantastic. I was in town visiting family and hoped for a massage post-travel. I'm a medical professional and can always tell when a massage therapist has a very strong knowledge of anatomy, he truly does. Stephen followed my requests and focused on trigger points, pressure release, and muscle tension release. I wish I lived in the area but look forward to seeing him again next time I'm in Birmingham. The office location is a bit random, but the massage space is quiet and professional. Truly a hidden gem. I usually don't leave reviews, but I was so genuinely please with this find that I hope that others can have such a great experience.

I have had several massage therapy sessions with him and he is always very thorough. I like him he get to the problem every time. He is one of the best therapy l have encountered. I will recommend him to any one that wants a details therapy. I have been to alot of therapy in my life time.
