Publix Pharmacy On Overton

The best pharmacy we've ever used. Bobby, Michele, Keith, Emmie are the very best. So efficient, patient and friendly. Love them so much. We could use the pharmacy in Liberty Park but I know I would miss my favorite peeps!

I will never ever use another pharmacy but this publix location. The Pharmacist are not only nice, but they truely care and have helped me with their knowledge. Everytime I go, they ask how I am doing and take time to talk. They treat me like a person, not just number. That means so much when you have someone that has medical knowledge and wants to help you! I am blessed to have their help and friendship!

I’d like to give a 5 star review to Ashleigh in the pharmacy. I use this location often since I’ve moved to Birmingham and have experienced really great customer service and interactions with the staff. Today I had a pick up (prepaid via app) & after driving over an hour from my work office today I made myself go in to pick up my prescriptions. Due to covid and HIPPA I stood back from the pick up counter waiting my turn. Made eye contact w the pharmacist (white coat) & he continued to talk investments with the man in front of me. Which is fine. I’m patient. After he saw me though, he went on to tell the gentleman at the counter “let me show you” and pulled out his phone to continue discussing investing etc. to my rescue came Ashleigh :) I am a medical professional myself so I love it when

I will pay whatever I have to just to come here….(I pay out of pocket for pricey meds by the way)IF Michelle and Bobby are there only!!! They are by far the most knowledgeable, patient, respectful, honest, and truly genuine pharmacist at any pharmacy around!

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They majorly screwed my prescriptions up (IE giving me the wrong number of pills ) and then tried to cover up a mistake that was made when the prescription was first getting filled. The new pharmacist then claimed that even though I was completely out of my non controlled prescription that I could not get an emergency fill even though they were the reason why I was in that position to begin with.
