Conscious Body is such a healing space, and Birmingham is SO LUCKY to have this resource. I have been coming to CB for energy and body work for about two years, and Jasper is so beyond gifted in the work she does. Each session is so individualized, and includes multiple healing modalities. I have noticed such a major shift in my overall wellness and well-being thanks to the work I have done with Jasper.....my gratitude cup is overflowing!
Jasper Wolfe leads several different yoga classes at Conscious Body. "Slow and Scared Flow" is a great way to start. Jasper's approach is to teach and to allow everyone to be comfortable with what they can do. There is no ego in her studio. Conscious Body also offers massages.
This place is beautiful in all that it does - the people, the space itself, the yoga, the massage. I recommend everything about it!
Love this place and the talent here! Very thankful to work with such amazing therapists/instructors.
