We are extremely disappointed and harmed by our experience under the care of Dr. Hansen. The first issue we encountered was with scheduling. After being told my father needed back surgery, weeks passed without any communication from the scheduling office. My parents had to repeatedly call to follow up and ask when the surgery would be scheduled. The lack of communication was confusing and stressful, and we were often left wondering what was happening. My father's surgery was on a Monday, and we were told to expect him to be home by Wednesday and to start physical therapy. His recovery was nothing like this at all. I've been privileged to have Dr Hansen as my physician for nearly 9 years. I've never been treated with more respect or personalized care. Because of concern with my health, I received 5 "second opinions" from orthopedic surgeons from Idaho Falls to Lehi, UT. After all that research I knew that Dr Hansen was the right person recommending the right procedure. His bedside manner reflects genuine concern. I've recommended close family members to him and wouldn't hesitate to have anyone close to me be under his care. Exceptional.

Over the course of the last week I have left multiple voicemails as well as contact form submissions and did chat on his website with absolutely no return responses. I was referred here by another Dr as well as multiple past clients to get a level 2 artificial disc replacement in my neck. Unfortunately I cannot wait any longer and I will be going to a specialist in Meridiian Id who returned my call within an hour. I would have loved to have this done here locally.

Dr Hansen is my hero! I have a difficult history of spinal issues, and Dr. Hansen has been with me through it all. He as the knowledge, skill, and compassion that is essential for the peace of mind of his patients. To him, I can only say Thank you!! But l sure wish I could say more...

Best Physician ever. He’s not only a physician but has become a friend. Wouldn’t go to anyone else. He truly loves his patients.
