My husband just called to attempt in setting up a meet and greet for our daughter as we are trying to switch pediatricians. Apparently the front office staff thought they had put him on hold and didn’t, he overheard them talking about how “some dude is calling to set up a meet and greet. So ridiculous, go to our Facebook page and read about us, we don’t have time for this” Incredibly unprofessional. Mind you, we did look at the Facebook page and the only things listed are office closures. I am not sure how we are supposed to get a feel for a Dr from a Facebook page but I digress. Being kind goes a long way! Easily could have just said they don’t offer meet and greets, instead you had to made a new dad feel stupid for calling to ask a simple question

We have been taking our kids here since they were born. They primarily see Dr Stump but have seen Dr Santos and Dr Callings as well for acute visits. I have nothing but amazing things to say about not only the physicians but the staff. We feel well heard and listened to and feel like they go above and beyond the make us feel comfortable. I highly highly recommend this office.

We have been taking our kids (now 6 and 2) to Dr. Stump and Step by Step pediatrics since they were born. I would not consider any other pediatrician. Dr. Stump takes such great care of our kids and also is so great at validating us as parents. She is so supportive and reassuring and gives great advice. We have always been able to get same-day appointments, and when Dr. Stump is not available, we've had great interactions with Dr. Collings and Dr. Santos too. They are friendly and helpful always. We would highly recommend!

So thankful a family member referred us to Step By Step! All the doctors have all been wonderful, especially Dr. Santos. She is so caring, goes above and beyond to answer questions and concerns, and my kids love her!

We have been with Dr. Stump for 10 years with our 4 children. She is compassionate, and highly capable. We feel confident to rely upon her for our children's preventative care and have been really impressed with how she has managed more complicated issues with our children. She is an expert in her field but also practical, approachable and down to earth.
