HORRIBLE. Do not take your kids here. My daughter was getting her vaccine shots and, like many kids, got a bit upset during the process. Instead of showing patience or professionalism, the “nurse” yelled at her and then tried to tell me how to raise my child. She stormed out of the room and called in another “nurse” who simply repeated the same rude comments. This place clearly has no patience for children and shows a lot of unnecessary attitude toward parents. What made it worse is that when my wife later tried to make an appointment for our sick daughter, they told us we had to remove our Google review before they’d even check for appointment availability. They are the best of the best, they have been talking care of my kid's since 2014, always they provide nice and great care of them

My grand-daughters have been going to this clinic for a few months, and for the most parts the staff (NP, PA and MA is usually pretty pleasant. However, the office manager is always very kurt and pleasantly rude as if she has a problem with my concerns. I'm in the process of finding another Pediatric office.

I’ve been going here for about 10 years. Today will be our last visit. The doctors aren’t the problem but the front desk staff and customer service is terrible. It started yesterday when they called me to confirm my appointment and said that I need to confirm via text next time. Just to find out they didn’t even text me. They said masks are required and no other siblings are allowed. I mentioned that I had a toddler and she said can you take her somewhere before the appointment? I said no and she replied that having other children in there prevents them from doing their job in a timely manner and that it’s their busy season and they are seeing high covid cases. If I keep her out of the way it should be fine. Keep in mind this clinic WILL NOT see you if you have a cold or covid. They always

Step by Step Pediatrics has been our pediatrician for just about 16 years. The office staff is always helpful and friendly, especially Brittany. Anytime my family is need of anything they are right there and we have never had to wait too long for an appointment. Maybe some of the complaints here have something to do with being a responsible parent and not expecting a busy office to pick up the slack by waiting until the last minute to get their children scheduled. This office has pictures of my children in the office, so we always feel at home when visiting. Thank you Step by Step pediatrics for making my family a part of your family!!!!
