Stenner Creek Animal Hospital

It has been one year since our visit to Steener Creek animal Hospital, and we couldn’t be happier with both the care we received and the results of our dog’s ear cropping. The ears have healed beautifully, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. The service we experienced as patients was excellent from start to finish. We truly appreciate the team’s professionalism and care. We’ve included some updated photos to share how great everything looks now.

I’m not sure why there are negative reviews as I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience here. The receptionist, Alicia, was so kind and comforting. She kept us updated the entire time our dog was being seen by the doctors and techs. They were a little behind but that’s reality. I can’t count on two hands the amount of times I’ve gone to my doctors office and have had to wait, so it’s understandable. I was also kept abreast the entire visit about the status of my dog. Dr. Riley was serious but answered all my questions and gave me my options and his opinions. I felt the pricing was very fair, especially considering other vet costs in the area. His technical staff was nice as well. He made my puppy (who was rescued after a botched ear job) much more happy and comfortable. I live 40 minutes

Good for flea control my cat had a miss patch on her belly and over counter flea control sucks they gave her a shot some kind of steroid to help the flea allergies causing the hair lost and gave me a prescription for nextgard and I have not seen fleas in like a year and her belly got fur regrown in month or so fully.

Best team I could ask for. When I came in wondering if my dog needed a skin-tag removed, they got me in right away. They quickly located and surgically removed 3 tumors before I had time to worry. This surgery most definitely saved my baby, and I will be forever grateful. Surgery was smooth, I felt deeply cared for, and my dog is recovering quickly. I woke up this morning and saw my cat had worms in her stool. I was as freaking out and called this vet office expecting to have to wait days or for it to be expensive. To my surprise they gave me an appointment that morning. They only charged me for the medicine not the visit. I’m going back in two weeks to get her another round of dewormer and to get her a full check up. Staff is so friendly and treated my cat gentle and with care.
