The best dental office I have been to! After searching for over a year, a friend recommended the French Rd. Location. They were able to schedule an appointment within a week. Every other place I called was over 6 months. I’ve had two appointments, both hygienists were friendly and thorough. The Dentist there was the most gentle Dentist I have ever experienced. Zero pain whatsoever. New patients get free teeth whitening so I am excited about that. Office is clean and all the staff appear happy and professional. You can tell it’s not the kind of place that over schedules and stresses their staff out…unlike a chain dental place I left.

I have always had fantastic interactions with every staff member. From Billing, reception to the hygienists and dentists. What really makes this place top notch is how absolutely amazing they have been with my 2 year old. They are patient, upbeat, positive and understand that this could be a scary place for a little dude. However, they meet him where he is at and have helped to start a great foundation for his dental health.

The “dentist” gave me permanent nerve damage insisting i needed a “cavity” drilled out i haven't been able to eat on the left side of my mouth for the last several months. As well as the new hire giving me a extremely small amount of numbing gel to the point where i felt a needle poking my jawbone… I doubt ill go to a dentist ever again, whats the point if the “professionals” cant even do it right… I brought this up to them multiple times and they tell me “give it a few weeks” this was months ago and it is still as sensitive as the day i got it done.

We ended up only coming here for insurance reasons, but I am glad we did. The staff are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They send appointment reminder texts which I appreciate. The place is always clean. They dont try to convince you to buy anything, they don't scam ppl at all. They are thorough and efficient. Jill and Amir are our favorite hygienists, but they're all great.
