StatMed Urgent Care Clearwater

I visited StatMed on Labor Day right before closing at 9 PM after a fishing hook got stuck in my toes while walking on a nearby beach. I really didn’t want to go to the ER because the wait times are usually so long, so I was relieved to find StatMed open. Even though I arrived at the last minute, everyone there was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. The lady at the check-in counter, I believe her name was Jennifer, went out of her way to help me. She actually left her desk to bring the forms and the card machine to me since it was hard for me to walk. Right then, I felt I was in the right hands. Bonnie, who felt like a caring mother figure, did the X-ray and helped me get around in the wheelchair. Ashley was super sweet and disinfected my foot with so much care. Dr. Jodi reviewed t

The staff at Stat Med Clearwater is amazing! Always greeted warmly! The staff of NPS and doctors always take time to lesson to ur concerns. More importantly; they take the time to explain in laymen’s terms so it’s easy to understand! They also r open to questions! Highly recommend Stat Med!

The receptionist, the medical assistant, and Jodi were all extremely proficient and thorough. Took time to explain everything even though it was closing time. Best urgent care experience Ive had.
