I have bulging disc in my neck C2-C4 from an old injury from 2021. I've experienced pain for YEARS and gone through physical therapy and had cortisol shots with mild to moderate relief. After a car accident I got whiplash that made my pain worse, crying and feeling debilitated from the level of pain. I had to go through physical therapy again, but this time I went to Yulia for her pressure/trigger point massage and when I tell you it was amazing.
