Barbi was FANTASTIC! Knowledgable, kind, thorough, and made me feel at ease. At no time did I feel like she was trying to "Sell me". From the begining, it was easy to see that Barbi truly enjoyed helping folks have a better quality of life. My first experience with hearing aids was terrible (Audien) but Barbi had me set up perfectly in a short period of time. The test, and set up process was detailed. The hearing aids are comfortable and simple to use. I can hear things that I haven't heard in years. Hopefully I can stop using the word "What?" forever!!
