Saw Troy, he was super condescending throughout the whole appointment. I felt like he was a disappointed father talking to his teenage daughter and not a provider talking to a patient. Mentioned a lot about what "women my age" should and shouldn't do.Then spent half the appointment talking about how I should consider a breast reduction while mention how he wouldn't want his wife to get a breast reduction and talking about the sensations. I was in absolute shock and felt so gross. I could not get out of there soon enough. Wish I could give even fewer stars because I am appalled by this provider and the fact that they could have a provider that acts like this.

My husband went to see his Dr who had transfered over from trinity. The doctor did an mri and after reading the severity a call would of been nice. Instead I had to call them and it was over a month wait just for a consult so we ended up in the er after two calls in and 8 days of no call. We left them a message thanking them for the lack of care and the nursing supervisor called and instead of being apologetic got loud and defensive. Continued to call 8 times beong loud ignoring that I have told her to not call with excuses. It wasnt untill I said I was on my way to the office t if she called once more that she stopped. If you are understaffed and or two busy to treat people in need close your doors!

This group is a bunch of scammers. Trumping up false charges and then turning them over to a collection agency. Stay away from them.
