Receptionist was disinterested in finding my appointment. Told me “I can’t find you go over there and knock on that door.” Knocked on the door person shoe opens looked displeased that I knocked I explained I was told to knock and had an appointment. She was able to find me in the system under different last name although I gave my last name while making the appointment. Was told I need insurance card even though the had my insurance in the system with an old last name, explained they are no longer printed everything is the same except for last name I have license to prove new name. Employee raised her hand to my face and then close her palm “ I’m going to get a supervisor” explained same scenario then employee lied and said she doesn’t have my insurance and I said you just repeated my ins

I was recommended to go here by my mother, as she spoke highly of Dr. Melissa DiLoretta. I made an appointment, but had to reschedule because I mistakenly made my appointment at the same time as another appointment. I asked to have the appointment made on a Thursday, but it was scheduled for a Monday. When I realized, I called far in advance to let them know and to reschedule. Because I would be a new client, I was told I couldn’t reschedule again. I told the receptionist (Ashley) to just cancel my appointment then, and she just said “okay” and hung up on me. I was very polite the entire call, if I was rude I would understand the dismissiveness, and I understand there are policies to follow, but that interaction was very unprofessional, and I feel like I dodged a bullet not being able to c

I love Dr. Yip. She is so attentive and always makes sure to speak to our twins in Spanish which is such a plus. I have been coming here since my oldest was born. He is now 17 and we loved all the pediatricians we have seen. I’m very pleased with the services here.

Never had any complaints. Dr. reidel is good. He answers all our questions. The receptionists/nurses are polite and helpful. Office is cleanly.

Doctors are great but the receptionist need some training!!! Proper phone etiquette and accurately scheduling appointments are just a few to start with. Once Lucy from nb retired, it just gets worse and worse. I’ve attended starlings since I was a child and now my daughter has attended for 14 years. I think it’s time to find a new office.
